Welcome to GoTangent ("Platform"), operated by Studybase Tech Pvt. Ltd.

By using the GoTangent app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Platform

You may use GoTangent to discover and book activities and venues. You agree not to:

• Make fraudulent or duplicate bookings
• Misuse discounts or offers
• Engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive conduct
• Interfere with app operations

We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login
• Accept responsibility for all actions through your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

3. Bookings, Pricing & Availability

• A booking is confirmed only once the venue accepts or auto-confirms it.
• Prices, slots, discounts, and availability are controlled by partners and may change at any time.
• GoTangent acts only as a facilitator between users and venues.

4. No Cancellation & No Refund Policy

Because GoTangent works with physical venues and real-time bookings:

All bookings made through the app are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

• User mistakes
• Change of plans
• Venue unavailability due to user delay
• Double bookings made by the user

If a venue fails to deliver a service, the dispute must be resolved directly with the venue, as they are the service provider.

GoTangent is not responsible for service quality, cancellations, or disputes between users and venues.

5. Venue Responsibilities

Each venue / activity provider is solely responsible for:

• Quality, safety, and delivery of their services
• Service timings, availability, staff, and facilities
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

GoTangent only enables discovery and booking.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Harass venue staff or other users
• Abuse reviews, ratings, or feedback
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Studybase Tech Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:

• Service issues caused by venues
• Injuries, damages, or losses at venues
• Booking refusal or last-minute changes by venues
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• App downtime or technical issues

Your use of GoTangent is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, UI/UX, and designs belong exclusively to Studybase Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Do not copy, modify, or redistribute without written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Policy violations
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse of the platform

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur.
