GoTangent — Account Deletion

At GoTangent, we provide users full control over their data. If you choose to delete your account, you can do so at any time from within the app. Below is the step-by-step process for deleting your GoTangent account, as required by Google Play policies.

How to Delete Your GoTangent Account

From the GoTangent App

1. Open the GoTangent app on your phone.
2. Go to the Profile section (bottom navigation).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice on the popup screen.
5. Your account and all associated data will be deleted from our servers.

What Happens After Deletion

When you delete your account:

• Your personal information and activity data are permanently removed from GoTangent servers.
• You will lose access to all bookings, history, saved activities, and offers.
• This action is irreversible.
• You can create a new account anytime using your mobile number.

Data Retention & Legal Requirements

• Certain transaction records may be retained for audit, fraud-prevention, or regulatory compliance as per applicable laws.
• No data is used for any purpose once your account is deleted.
